I walk talking to a young lady who wanted to start I walk talking to a young lady who wanted to start a business selling sweet treats. She told me she set up an Instagram page and Facebook page to promote her product. I asked her what dollar amount she is selling her product for, how she is tracking her orders, how she is receiving payment, and how much profit she is making. She did not understand why I was asking these questions. But to make a long story short, I helped this young lady plan out her vision for the business and helped her set up some free systems to get her started. Moral of the story: you must have a well thought out plan to start your business. You change as you go but create the foundation first.
